General Terms of Service

Payment InfoPayment must be in full, upfront, within 72 hours of claiming a commission slot.

kofi - paypal - cashapp}☆Expected Turnaround TimeYou must acknowledge that commissions can take anywhere between
~2 weeks and ~3 months, depending on my queue, complexity, and irl factors.
^{_{If you cannot treat me with patience throughout this process, I am not the artist for you.}}★My Rights as the SellerI reserve the right to update my terms of service any time, and all changes will apply with past, present, and future commissioners.^{You are entitled to be informed of all T.o.S. updates while presently commissioning me.}I reserve the right to deny or cancel a service any time, without needing to state explicit reason.
^{_{Refund will be applied according with my Refund Policy.}}☆Before Payment + Changes Mid-ProcessI ask that you are upfront about any details you expect to see in Commissions and custom designs.If I am requested to change aspects of the work too many times, I may request compensation for the additional time spent on major/frequent adjustments.★Regarding Deadlines + Due DatesYou must disclose if a commission will have a deadline prior to payment, and I have the right to decline if i am uncomfortable under said deadline.^{Do not contact me for a commission with a deadline if it must be finished in under 45 days. I do not take deadlines through Kofi.}☆Sales to MinorsI will not take commissions of over $50 from anyone who is under the age of 18. This is to minimize scam risk- sorry!★Using My ArtworkTracing, editing, *reselling, or claiming my artworks as your own will result in blacklisting.
^{_{[*Art/Commissions adding "value" to a character you are selling is fine!]}}Removing or editing out my signature is strictly prohibited and will result in a blacklist.Do not add your own watermark over my artwork- If you wish to have a finished piece watermark protected, I will add one anytime, free of charge.
^{_{[This doesn't apply to toyhouse's automated watermarking!]}}☆Commercial UseYou may not make commercial profit/merch off of my art unless it has been specifically discussed and agreed upon prior to the commission process.

Please show me if you do as well!! ^^}}If you would like to inquire about a commercial license for my work, please contact me!★Pricing and DiscountsNever haggle with me about prices, or try to get discounts. Regarding NSFW and Adult Topics/Artwork:Keep in mind that just because I offer suggestive/nude drawings and the very occasional nsfw, does not mean you are ever permitted to be suggestive around me.I expect appropriate and respectful communication, regardless of the commission's content._{• keep fetish / kink / sex jokes to a minimum
• I do not draw fetish work
• NSFW Reference sheets are permitted, but please give a full, upfront warning about
the contents -before- sending a nsfw ref sheet to me.
• You must be upfront about the kind of kink and interactions you are looking to commission from me.
Fetish-baiting or otherwise failing to communicate what kinks
may be involved will result in immediate severed contact.}If you inquire about an adult commission, I will be required to ask for ID with a valid date of birth- the rest of the ID may be censored, covered, redacted, etc. as you see fit.
